Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 2 business days excluding weekends and public holidays. Once items are handed over to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

DELAYS
If an order happens to be delayed, please contact the shipping carrier for the item status. 

DAMAGED ORDERS

Pressed Addict is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged products after we ship. All of our items are packed appropriately with sturdy materials to protect items and to avoid damage. Once the package has been place in the hands of the shipping carrier, if your product arrives damaged, please reach out to us so that we can assist you with filing a claim with the shipping provider.
